Yes. This site offers free classifieds ads. While there are upgrade available for a nominal price, the actual ad is free. The only requirements are that you abide by the terms and that you register.

Upgrades include:

• Media Gallery - $5.00 USD
  An option media file is allowed to be uploaded for the cost of $5 USD. Acceptable file formats are flv, mov, mp3 and swf. For additional file types, you may make a request through our helpdesk. The maximum file size is 5MB (5000Kb). Videos will be sized at 300px by 250px.
• Multiple Categories - $1.00 USD per category
  You are allowed to post in one (1) category for free. Additional categories (up to 5 total) may be added at the cost of $1 USD per category. Multiple submissions of the same ad to different categories is not allowed.

At this time, these are the only fees. In the future, there may additional options available.

We rely on advertiser income to sustain the cost of this site.  In the future, we hope to offer "ad-free" listings, but at this time that is not an option.
